Day 162

Last night I made bagels. The dough was wetter this time so I thought it might make them a little smoother but they ended up just as funny shaped as the first batch. I used the pizza dough setting because some sites said they took them out early from the normal dough setting. They seemed a bit lighter this time but it could be from the wetter dough.
