Day 211 7-29

I was very close to Sis Dalton during the leadership training but didn't have anything to say to her so I didn't go talk to her.

Day 212 7-30

From Jonny Seppi's wedding reception Saturday night; the rain earlier sadly made them move it all inside.

Day 213 7-31

This is what 827ish youth and 100+ adults look like gathered in the RMU arena.

Day 214

Today was a busy day. I took an investigator (and Barbara) to Walmart and Aldi then decided to go to Spaghetti Warehouse to use a birthday coupon for a free spaghetti and a spumoni sundae. Before we went we stopped in the Strip and I found strawberries $5 for 8lbs! I need to make some jam now, but I don't know if I'll can them or just freezer jam them. There's not much freezer space, but I don't have the canned stuff either...

Anyway, the restaurant has all kinds of things to check out like a trolley in one dining room and lots of interesting signs. This picture is a stove in the bathroom.

Day 215

Barbara and I went to the museum to see the Impressionist exhibit. I learned a lot of things I didn't know about the movement (like it involved printmaking and photography) but didn't really spend that much time in there. This is from another gallery, I think it's art deco.

Day 216

First red tomatoes from the garden. I don't know what's with the lines around the top but hopefully they're all yummy anyway.

Day 217

Yummy chocolate sundae with bananas, blueberry syrup (actually failed attempt at jam Susan mailed me for my birthday), and whip cream.
